I'm going swimming this weekend, but i'll be on my period, what Do i do?

I'll be on my period, any suggestions? Does wearing tampon works well ? will there be leak??

YES tampons work great the only way you can swim on your period is with a tampon they will not leak if you change them about every 2 hours!! i would try playtex sport tampons for the water they work great but any tampon will work!!!

The best brand for in the water is Playtex Sport. Completely comfortable and swimming is considered a sport, so.. it will fine and no leak at all. (:

the only way is to use a tampon and whether it leaks depends on how heavy ur period is and how long u had it on i use tampax and it works good just make sure u put on a fresh one right before u get in
