I'm going through a i feel fat phase. PLEASE HELP!?

I'm 5'7'' and i was 121 pounds is that normal. i still felt fat

i just went on a camping/hiking vacation and now I'm 126 pounds now i feel really fat. i have a athletic build and I'm pretty active

can you give me a link to a body fat calculator thing and give me your opinion

i feel like going on a diet but i just cant stop eating c**p or to much

hows a way to kill cravings so I'm not hungry all the time without buying pills or stuff like that other then that I'm open to everything

iv even considered starving myself for a little while but that's stupid cuz then id lose my *** and b***s lol(oh i don't know if it matters but I'm a 34c and where like in between 0 and 3 pants) i don't feel hot

    You're not fat, if anything you're too thin. I wouldn't starve myself or any of that unhealthy c**p people do to get rid of your (probably slighter than slight) tummy. In stead, try eating healthier, as in try to eliminate overly processed food from your diet in favor of foods rich in protein, minerals and vitamins.

    Also what will probably help you more in this case is stomach exercises, since you're already athletic. This will tone your stomach muscles and bring it in. If you're not a fan of sit ups and crunches, there are other options, belly dancing is fun, give you some s**y dance moves and tones up the belly quite well. Pilates also has moves that tone the stomach area

    Also taking time out to feel better about yourself regardless of your size is a good idea. Nowadays people just have terrible body images...


  2. if you can fit into a size zero you are definately not fat! your weight gain on holiday was probably down to gaining muscle mass (muscle weights more than fat) from walking/hiking etc.

    oh and never ever take diet pills, they may work but when you stop taking them you will gain weight again.
