Every Friday night down in ( Oistins ) and there is something called a Fry up well they play music and serve food its really good there, good entertainment.

St Lawrence Gap is the only place to be!  Look out for the Ship Inn which has food, and live entertainment.  There are tons of bars up there though.  Also, head for the Boat Yard on Fridays and Saturdays.

i was there last year,st Lawrence gap is a must,proper beers lagers rums you name it,excellent for eating out,the nightlife is first class.ooh and if you fancy an excursion go down to bridge town,and book on a sail on cool runnings catamaran snorkel and turtle swim.this is amazing a truly wonderful experience,
