There is a currywurst stand at the Mehringdamm U-bahn station (at street level)in Kreuzberg that has the best Currywurst in the city.. and it is open late!

From my experiences there, the Imbusstube is the best place.  I think I spelled that right...It is a little food stand that you can find right outside.  It's not all that expensive and the food really is delicious.
