It really depends on what you're going to buy.

If you live in the states you probably know that having a meal out averages $15 USD per person, while in Colombia, a decent full meal could range from $1-$10 USD.

Electronics are basically the same price (Dollars to Pesos) unless you're buying from an underground brand mark. Clothing prices are cheaper than in the US, and attractions (Such as going to the movies, a teather, a circus, the beach) are cheap as well.
