I am leaving next week and I'm not sure if there are dress codes for the pool areas. Can you go too skimpy ... a lot of my bathing suits don't really leave much to the imagination. Would that be ok?

  1. Buy a presentable 1 piece.

It'll be cheaper than getting one at park once told to leave park.

You can always use it when you visit another family oriented venue.

If you know it's too skimpy why create drama.

Might see if you can get a day pass to http://www.cypresscoveresort.com/

  2. Definitely something skimpy. In my opinion as long as your nipples are covered it is not innapropriate. Plus, those kids are going to see it all one day anyways.

  3. um ooh yeah!!!!!! Just watch out for Daisy Duck and Minnie Mouse they might think your trying to steal their man.

  4. well its hard to answer cuz i don't know exactly what your suit looks like. and i don't know what you would call a skimpy one.

if its two piece as long as it covers as much as a bra and underwear would then you're fine. but not thong bottoms please.

there isn't a specific dress code for what your bathing suit needs to cover but i would assume you should follow a guide line of if you wouldn't wear it where little kids are like the beach then don't wear it at disney but if you wear it where you'll surely see little kids then it should be fine for disney.

  5. Lifeguards don't really care. I've always worn a bikini and never got scolded.

  6. one of my best friends worked at typhoon lagoon all thru high school (water park at disney). they WILL let you know when you are there if your bathing suit is too skimpy. the reason is, disney is a family oriented place, and if a parent sees your suit and complains about it, they MAY say something to you. I would swing by walmart and pick a cheapie suit up, and just bring it with you in your bag JUST IN CASE! that way, you can just change at the pool area if the say something to you. i know some of the Orlando area waterparks specifically say no thongs, but i have seen chicks wearing them.

  7. Well i wear 2 piece ones but if your all about the water rides, either wear a one piece or  a t-shirt or beater with ur 2 piece.

    Thats what I did, wear  a t-shirt

  8. You should wear a one piece, if your suit is to skimpy they will throw you out of the water park or tell you to go change if you are in your hotel pool. It's better to be safe than sorry.

  9. Keep in mind that it is a family park, so a string (literally) bikini may not be appreciated by some family members, though some others won't care at all.  Pool areas are fine for little bikinis, but I recommend a one piece if you are hitting the waterparks, unless you want to show off that little bit that is left to the imagination.
