I'm going to Walt Disney World from December 30th to January 3rd and I was wondering what to do because I know it will be very crowded. Can you help and tell me how to spend the most crowded of the days? And could it be for 12 year old and parents?

  1. I think that the atmosphere of the Grand Floridian may be wasted on a 12 year old.  If you want to stay near the Magic Kingdom, I recommend the Polynesian for that age, and mom and dad too!

As far as avoiding the crowds, I am more than happy to help you with that!  Feel free to check out my website and submit the request for more information.  I am sure that we can save you lots of wasted time on lines.

  2. First of all, I would recommend staying at the Grand Floridian Hotel as it is the best i've been to. Second, everything is ok for kids 12 & up. Most activities are enjoyable for kids of all ages. If it gets too crowded, try staying at the hotel and swimming as that can be equally fun as being in the parks itself. There are wonderful restaurants throughout Disney World. All-in-all, there are plenty of things to do and you will always have something to do even if it gets too crowded. If you've been to Disneyland then you will love Disney World. I should know, I visited Disney World in summer of 2007 for a week. Drove all the way there from San Francisco to Orlando.

  3. I think that a 12 year old would enjoy the Contemporary more than anything!  The Contemporary is futuristic, and the monorail goes through the middle of the hotel!  http://www.orlandofuntickets.com/Disney-...

  4. I would defenetly not go to Magic Kingdom in the middle of The day, trust me on new years say/eve it would be a nightmare. If I were you I would try to go to Epcot or MGM studios. At Epcot, I can defently say that Soarin is one of the most crowded rides, I went once and there was a 3 hour wait! I would suggest rides like Spaceship Earth and The Seas with Nemo and friends, because those are the rides where people are always getting off and always getting on, which would probably make your wait time shorter (It also means that the line is always moving) My fave ride, and my 11 year old sis's is Soarin, so you should try to get A fast pass for that. Make sure that if you go to Magic Kindgom, you go in the morning because during midday everybody wants to get n the rides, and in the evening, people are waiting for the parades/fireworks. Tower of Terror at MGM is also an amazing ride, but again one of the most popular, so again make sure that you get fats passes. Have fun, and make sure that you experience all the magic that disney has to offer.
