  1. The following will give you all the event listings for this week:

    www.ireland.com/theticket

  2. Dun laoighre is nice for a walk along the pier and you can see the Tower that Jame joyce lived in and his book is set in at the start.

Also get some Teddy's Icecream, its amazing.

You can get the dart there, its an easy system.

All of the above answers are right. the Guinnes brewery has a cool skyscraper bar called "gravity" and you get a free pint there at the end.

Also, the Mongolian BBQ is a great fun and not so expensive meal.

Its behind the Central Bank. Angelsea Rd.

    Have fun

  3. The Jameson museum. At the beginning they show you a short film and then ask for 2 volunteers. Put your hand straight up because you'll get to be a taster. Then everyone else has to watch you consume about 6 different whiskies and a few bourbons for comparison. A splendid afternoon! You won't fail to have a great weekend in Dublin. Have fun.

  4. the new mall in Dundrum

  5. the museums are the must see attraction in Dublin and golf course as well. oh i forgot their is Dublin bus tour as well hop on hop on this stops every 10 minutes

  6. Temple Bar, if only to gasp at the prices they charge there.

    Trinity College.

Kilmainham Jail, and the Irish Museum of Modern Art nearby, in the old Royal Hospital.

Take a trip on the DART all the way from Bray to Howth, it's gorgeous.

O'Connell Street and look for the bullet holes in the GPO building.

The Museum, it's on the LUAS line near Heuston Station.

Stephen's Green for people-watching (weather permitting).

Guinness Brewery ... well I suppose you MUST.

    Hugh Lane Municipal Gallery.

    Grafton Street.

Henry Street for the street sellers. The most densely populated street of iron lungs ever ...

There is an open-top bus tour that brings you to all the sights, might be worth checking out.

And once you have Dublin out of your system, you might like to come back and see the REAL Ireland.

  7. why not have a walk over the half penny bridge, Then there is the guinness brewery you even get a half pint at the end of the tour. The Kilmainham Gaol (prison) which played an important part in Irish history, as many leaders of Irish rebellions were imprisoned and some executed in the jail. The jail has also been used as a set for several films. Such as the name of the father. This is now a musesum. Plus you have Temple bar lots of bars and clubs etc there but not the real Ireland.

  8. Depends on what you like. Guinness storehouse, Kilmainham Gaol, Trinity College with Book of Kells, Dublin Castle, dublinia Viking centre, hop on hop off bus, viking splash tours, dublin literary pub crawl, Jameson brewery, coastal towns of Howth and Dun Laoghaire accessible by DART, National Gallery, National history museum, Grafton St, Molly Malone Statue, Temple Bar, St Stephens Green,

Look at the website here as it will give you more choice and maybe the things I am naming aren't interesting for you. Depends what you like.

  10. Dublin is best viewed in the rear mirror

  11. The Halfpenny Bridge. The book of Kells, a ride on the DART. O'Connell Street. Any pub serving Guinness

  12. The weather is going to be good so why not take the Dart  - Dublin Area Rapid Transit - southbound and go for a stroll on Killiney beach and have lunch in Dalkey village.

Avoid Temple Bar unless you want to drink with stag and hen parties in cavernous superpubs

  13. Dude check out the Guinness brewery, the Jameson distillery, trinity college, Stevens park, the liffey river (water that Guinness is made from) and temple bar also you can go to malihide

  14. Try the Guinness brewery its a must, o'connell street is good, also try sampling some Guinness in the Temple Bar area

  15. It depends on what you are interested in- i recommend you take the tour bus and see what is in Dublin then decide what you want to see. Enjoy yourself I loved Dublin.
