I am 18 and I am going to Europe by myself for the fourth time.

At the airports there will be someone to help me out and other stuff.

Sometimes I don't feel safe in airports (Vancouver International Airport to Schipol Airport) so I was thinking if I could maybe hold on to a person's hand that helps me get to the sucurity then a flight attended with help me the rest of the way, could I hold her hand to or no.

Thank you

  1. Well you should ask the person. I'm sure they'd be happy to if you just explain how nervous/unsafe you feel.

  2. Yes! Everyone in all airports speak English to help you. There are signs in English EVERYWHERE, you will not have any problem! I lived overseas in germany for 5 years when my dad was in the army. I traveled to and from Frankfurt International by myself at least 10 times, and I was just a young child, 15 or 16.  I actually was more confused coming back into the states with all of the crazy security and customs problems!

    Good luck!

  3. yes you can.
