  1. Well, I havn't been to Spain, but my friend tells me that if you see the local Spaniards playing Futbol(soccer) in the parks, they usually let you join the game. Thats about all i know XD

  2. I can tell you to be careful for pick-pockets.  When at cross lights, don't stand in front of everybody and when in public, be weary of people who walk around with coats draped over their arm.  They do this to hide their hand while they pick your pocket (It happened to me in Madrid).  To prevent anything valuable from being taken make sure you buy one of those travelers' pouches you wear under your clothes.  They're really light and hold all of your valuables like ID, credit cards, etc.  They're pretty cheap too.  A friend of mine bought hers for a penny on Ebay.  Also when you visit try to use the ATM's as little as possible because you get fined twice for the widthdrawls.  Once from the foreign bank and once from your bank at home.  Don't take anything from someone if they tell you that it's free (it's not).  As soon as you take it they'll ask you for money.  Last but not least, know where embassies are located in case of an emergency.  Ok, that's a lot, but I hope I haven't freaked you out.  Even with all of the cautionary advice that I gave you, you're sure to have a really good time.  Take advantage of as much site seeing that you can because when you get there you're going to discover that there is a lot more there than you knew about.  Have fun and good luck!

Btw, in Paris there is a card that you can purchase that gives you access to the museums that I listed and also gives you a sort of VIP treatment so that you don't have to wait in the entrance lines (I think it's called the Paris Museum Pass).  I would recommend it, but it may depend because I hear a lot of the museums are free for kids under 18.  You might want to check to see which ones.

Here's my list of things to see:

    SPAIN:

    The Alhambra (Granada)

The Granada Cathedral (or Catedral in Spanish)

Park Guell, Sagrada Familia, Olympic Village, and La Pedrera (all in Barcelona)

    Palacio Real (Madrid)

El Valle De Los Caidos (The Valley of the Fallen near Segovia)

There's a castle in Segovia, but I can't remember the name.  I do know that it was used as the model for the castle in the Disney movie Sleeping Beauty.

    The town of Toledo

    The town of Ronda

France (I only went to Paris):

Eiffel Tower (Of course, but see it at night.  It's crazy how they light it in the evening)

    Arc de Triomphe

    Arc de Defense

    The Louvre

    Notre Dame

    Musee d'Orsay

    Sacred Heart

Moulin Rouge (in the red light district, not sure if you're school will let you go there)

    Musée de l'Orangerie

    Musee Rodin
