  1. Hi there!

How exciting to be gooing to France, I bet you can hardly wait!

I came across a great website of a French woman living in Boston USA who teaches French online using mp3s, and there are free ones you can listen to before you go.

Pop over to her website here

    http://www.learnfrenchinboston.com/book/...

You can click the menu buttons on the left of the page to choose different things to listen to and practice.

On my website about Paris, I have listed a few love phrases you can practice with too:

Even if you only learn one or two phrases, that's a great achievement, and the French people you speak with will be happy that you have attempted to use their own language.

    Have a great time!

  2. excuse moi?

    (say ex-cuse-ay)

  3. Well, it should be "excusez moi" when addressed to a stranger (i.e. using the second person plural rather than the 2nd person singular which is considered familiar).

"Pardonnez-moi" or just "pardon" also works.
