I'm going to Japan and want to work at the SummerSonic music festival in '09 - any ideas about who to contact?

They have a information number for this years event. But I think it's in Japanese. It's 0180-993-030.

Working there maybe a problem. You need a work visa to work in Japan,and a job offer to get the visa. If you can speak Japanese at a native level, you may be able to do this. I think the above number is in Osaka and will give you a recording. Not sure if it allows you to leave a message. You can check billboards web site for more info.

You'll need a work permit sponsored by you employer. I doubt if working for a music festival will meet the immigration office criteria. There's a lot of people already in Japan that can do those jobs.
