I'm going to London for about a month, is it easy to make friends there?

you might find many people that have the same personality as you, if you tend to be a nice person you tend to make more friends.

From my experience, no its not easy to make friends in London.  But being a girl, you'll have lots of guy 'friends' all over you (if you know what I mean). Good luck.

One of the best ways to meet people in London

(or anywhere, for that matter) is to start with

some activity you enjoy, such as a game,

and find a club or place where people come

to engage in that activity.  Any sort of hobby will

do nicely - photography, sewing/knitting/embroidery,

rock climbing, whatever it is you enjoy.

There are also many walking clubs which go for

weekend day outings to the nearby countryside.

Using your religion as an entry way is good too.

Go to a place of worship, and besides the services,

there are usually activities going on.

Londoners are generally quite friendly toward

Americans and have great interest in what is going

on here too, which is a good conversational ice breaker.

If you read up a bit on British politics and current

events, that won't hurt at all, either.

yes. just talk to people around your age. thats what i did. but i lived there for about like 12 years so, im sure its very easy. just talk in a british accent and your set. lol.

Yeah! There are a lot of friendly people in london like every other place in the world but making friends with people all depends on you. Just make sure you you've got a pretty smile on your face. Enjoy your stay in London and we would be hoping to welcome you in soon.
