I'm going to Los Angeles for a few days, what would you recommend??

I'm thinking about going to San Diego for a day trip, and driving to San Francisco, and stay there for a night. what do you think?

With those trips, you are going to waste a lot of time on the freeway.  A day trip so San Diego can work but a one-nighter in SF is not very practical. It can take around 6 hrs. to get to SF depending on where in LA you start and where in SF you finish. You won't have much time in the city. Spend at least two nights in SF.

You don't say what you're interested in. LA is a big place. And you may be able to find what you want closer than San Diego and/or SF. There are some interesting beach towns (Venice, Laguna, Malibu, Sunset) that are fairly close.

ooooooooooo, sounds fun, lol if u can get more time in San Francisco, i encourage it, firstly because of the nice girls there and secondly because it's SOO live there. Clubs are awsome too. Have FUN
