I'm going to Orlando Florida soon on a 5 hour flight, how's the weather there?

because of tropical storm fay and when do you think the weather will get better again?

What should I definitely check out in orlando any recommendations?

Fay is a slow mover, and will make things wet and windy for another couple of days, but it is not severe enough to close things down around Orlando.

Sea World is great, as are Disney Epcot, Disney Magic Kingdom, Disney Studios, Disney Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Universal Islands of Adventure.

If the weather gets better, go to the Beach - Cocoa, New Smyrna or Daytona.  If you want a pristine remote beach and nature preserve that is close by Check out Playalinda on the Canaveral national Seashore.  Check out Airboat rides or Jetski tours.  Visit one of the natural Spring parks:  Wekiva, Blue Springs, Rock Springs where you can swim in cool clear water, or canoe or kayak.

The weather really isn't that bad.  You're going to get rained on a bit, but it's not bad enough to keep us at home.  I've done Sea World a lot in the rain - and I don't mind it at all.  Most of the shows have open but covered seating - so you just get a little damp going from show to show.  It probably won't rain from morning to night either - so just pay attention and when the weather looks like it might turn, head to a show or food or inside attraction.  

Orlando is huge - so many things to check out.  Many depend on your personal interest though.  Theres all of Disney which is great, Cirque de Soleil, water parks, Discovery Cove, independent thrill rides like the human slingshot, etc.   For shopping, eating and clubing - check out: International Drive, City Walk, Pleasure Island (which will be closing there doors next month).
