You want to be as close the the George 5 street or Champs elysee. As for costs on the hotel check out expedia.com.

I know if you are willing to spend a few hundred a night, the most romantic, hip and best bar is in the Costes Hotel. NOT THE COSTES K. The original Costes hotel. Its about $475 a night! ouch! But if you dont stay there, visit the hotel for the bar at least!
