I'm going to a new school this year?

I'm actually REALLY nervous...I start in about 3 weeks and Im going to the *th grade. I don't know anyone there...also Im going to a perdomiatly Caucasian school,and im black. Im also used to going to a school with most kids my race,and to make it even more worse,Im pretty tall D: (about 5'8 and 14)

So...can anyone give me tips.

Im going to be a sophmore this year and I go to a high school with 500 kids. Only 5 which are black haha. Dont worry, youll be fine. Tall always helps.

oh wow well the best thing to do is be yourself

never change for anybody

talk to random people

and for now pretend u dont notice their height or race

that's the biggest thing. I've gone to multiple schools in the past, and it's really not that bad. It can be really fun as well. Personally I love meeting new people, so I kinda enjoyed it.

Just remember be open minded, and be nice to everyone.

I doubt race will be an issue.

Do not worry! You will be fine! Just talk to some people and don't be mean and there is no reason they will not like you! I have always thought why people even care about what skin tone and culture we belong to! I think it is down right rude I think it should be a law

dont worry youll make friends in no time, our school has only a few black kids and they seem to be the more popular ones, youll be fine
