I would wear it straight.  I think the curly hair with that particular outfit just doesn't look right.  It's like you're going overboard trying to impress somebody or something.  The straight hair is a more casual look but still nice.

I recommend you wear your hair wavy, like how it kind of looks in the first picture with your outfit.

Even though I can't see much of it, I think your hair would look nice wavy with that outfit.

Wavy and then pin the top of your hair (your bangs) up & back. :]

I think you should keep the curly hair because that looks the best on you but if you like you can change to whatever straight, curly (looks best on you) or pined up it's up to you

Maybe not entirely curly, try curling sections of your hair with a flat iron, that would look nice, and spruce up the fringe area. The outfit's gorgeous by the way. ;P Have fun. ^_^
