You could try the Pratunam "Wholesale Market" area, ask a taxi or tuk tuk to take you there, everyone knows where it is.

I myself am going back to Thailand in 16 days and am looking for cheap garmin maps of Thailand to put on to my Gamin Nuvi 300. I found http://maps.coconut-computers.com and the prices are the lowest I have seen, I don't suppose you know of anywhere cheaper do you ?
