I've read other suggestions like bowling, ice skating, pool party, etc. , but I want something that's fun and original. There are going to be probably around 20-30 people(boys and girls) and I want it to be something that we can all enjoy. I'm thinking of a dance party, but I don't know if people will want to dance and I'll be embarassed to have my parents watching us dance...HELP!!

  1. dancing parties can be fun, but as you mentioned there is the issue of your parents, not to mention the issue of so many teenagers being self conscious about dancing.

theme parties are really fun, thats an idea.

for one of my birthdays we went white water rafting, which was really fun, but perhaps not an option for 20 or 30 people. laser tag is really fun, paint-ball too. just some ideas.

good luck finding something and happy birthday.

  2. you can always have a plain dance party, have people dress like they would regularly. Dance and have a good time and if your scared about your parents watching you just ask them if an older sibling/cousin can supervise instead.

  3. Just have them all over and have a bonfire and roast hot dogs and marshmallows be sure to provide other food too so that everyone will be happy then when it gets dark you could play ghost in the graveyard google search for more games and you could also play this one really fun game where you have 3 people (everyone else can watch) then you take a flash light person 1 spins in a circle while looking up at the sky person 2 helps them spin (spin them 30-35 times) then when they are done spinning have person 3 shine the flash light in there face its so fun you like loose your balance and ya it hilarious haha don't worry you don't become unconscious ummm... ya since your only turning 15 i wouldn't do anything to over board save it for next year =)

good luck have fun and happy birthday!

  4. I personally think theme parties are fun--you could have people come dressed up as celebrities, an era in history (retro 80s is fun), or characters from a particular book or movie you like. You can match the music and decorations to your theme. I think they are nice change from the same ol' same ol', and it gives people a chance to be creative and funny.
