I'm going to be a Freshman in New Trier, I was wondering, is level 9 more advanced then level 3?

Also, does freshman year count in highschool?

Level 9 means there are a mix of kids in the class from all levels (2,3,and 4) but the class wil be taught at a level 3 pace. Either way, you'll get the same credit from a level 3 class as you would in a level 9. Why wouldn't freshman year count? All your years at high school will count.
