im so sorry i bet thts hard to deal with and i bet your mother feels really depressed and needs to get away if i were you i would sit down and talk with her and ask her about your issue ask her if you can go along or move in with relatives.

First of all I am sorry about your dad.  If he had any life insurance could your mom not help you pay rent with some of that money?  Ask her if he had any life ins. or if she gets to draw a check off of him from his past social security money he pd in.  Y ou may have to move with her if she will let you or ask a friend to let you move in with them.  Or even a family member.  If you have a job go get another job.  I have worked 3 jobs before.  You do what you have to do.  Run an ad in the paper say looking for a small basement apt.  Maybe someone will have a small appartment in their basement.  My friend found one really cheap and in a wonderful neighborhood.  Go find an apt. that is based on your income.  Dont say you cant say you will try.  Find someone or even 2 other people to split the bills with you but make sure you two have an agreement in writing.

You might see if you know of anyone looking for a roommate and share the rent. You may have to move to New York with your mom. Sorry about your Dad-that is enough stress to deal with as it is!
