I'm going to buy a Xbox360 Console with 20GB Hard Drive but i need to know if i will need a Xbox360 MemoryUnit

no the hard drive will act in the Xbox360 Memory Unit  place

for the 360 u only buy a Xbox360 Memory Unit  if u want to transfer memory from one 360  2 another

As long as you are not putting a ton of music and video on your hard drive then no. Most games barely use any space to store your profile.

I believe the most expensive xbox 360 comes fully loaded.
