you should do something about your publicity if you want people to hear about you....and a better web design would be more attractive for the people who visit your web page...

You need to have someone go over your text ... your English grammar needs a lot of work.

You need BRIGHT colors to 'sell yourselves' ... brighter blues, clear reds, bright yellows ... or you could use 'darker earth tones' because those are 'welcoming' ...

I won't say more because it looks to me like your business cuts a bit too close to what my husband's business does in many ways ... but your 'website' looks like a bunch of amateurs who want to make money are doing it, and my husband works for a company that does business in the multi-million dollar range ... so I doubt you are in actual competition.  GOOD LUCK!
