  1. What are the jabs ?

  2. I found some information for travel jabs...perhaps you're looking at around £50.

However, you don't need any vaccinations to travel to Cuba, unless you are coming from a region with cholera or yellow fever, in which case the Cuban authorities will require proof of immunization.

But it's always wise to drink bottled water (even though they say you can drink the water) and eat well-cooked food that is properly handled...as would be the same principle anywhere else.

Be smart in your choice of activities. The beaches are clean and if you stay at a good quality resort, you can be pretty sure of a clean environment.

I've personally never taken a vaccination for Cuba.

But because it is a change of environment, sometimes we can be susceptible to 'feeling off'....you can always bring something with you (like vitamins, stomach meds, etc) if it makes you feel better.

That said, some choose to take vaccinations before travelling for peace of mind...even though it's not necessary.
