I ride goofy and I ride all terrain but mainly park. I do rails, boxes and some jumps. When I'm not in the park I can do anything from bowls to glades and moguls. What length board should I buy and do you have any recommendations on what kind/brand of board?

  1. I guessed that you were about a 5.5-6.0 shoes size; I'd put you in the range of 137-138 cm. Personally, I ride Burton and I love the brand.

Check out this site for some user comments on different boards:

  2. As you probably know your bored should come up between your neck and nose, for boxes and rails (rails especially) you will want your bindings to be closer together so u have more balance and less teeter totter effect. You want it to have alot of flex to it too. My friend has this amazing Rossignol board that i love to ride, its a frestyle board and is pretty thin, so if u have long feet it may not be for you, but i'd check it out. I have an all mountain board, and it works fine in the park, but i prefer to ride  my friends board. (P.S her boards called a rossignol Zena)

    Here's her board:

  3. well if you are a fully grown adult than you should get a 135-140 but if you are a kid or teen and you're still growing (I'm guessing you are) than you should get a 140 or even as big as 145 cause you'll grow into it and it'll fit better at the end of the season or next year.

  4. hey!

go to http://www.frostyrider.com/tips/size-gui... and put all of your info in and it will give you an appropriate size range as well as some suggestions..

hope this helps ya out. it helped me!

    good luck

    and have fun riding!!!!

  5. first of all ur range is about 136 to 139cm, But Your size depends on your style of riding. if you're a more aggressive rider ( Take more powerful turns, and like going fast), I would go towards the bigger side of ur range but if ur a more mellow rider on the trail is wood go with the smaller side of ur range. Also u said u like the park so if u go with a smaller size, it'll make spins easier off the kickers and u will have more control on boxes and rails.=) good luck ohh and if i wasnt right cuzz i dont no wat u look like... just make sure the board is shorter than your nose but above ur chin.
