I'm going to go out of my mind! There's nothing to do.

Guys, I need help. I'm at my house and there's nothing to do. I do go out with my friends but usually the only thing that we do is play video games. (Well, that's what my one friend does).

I don't have any books to read. My games are getting old and boring. There's nothing to look at on the Internet. I feel like riding my bike, but I've rode it almost everywhere around my house.

I'm only 15 and I'm not old enough to drive so I can't go anywhere. The mall's my house but my parent's won't let me walk there.

Ahh!!! I'm so bored. Watching TV isn't going to help much. I don't have a job yet. (Next I'm going to get a job and play Baseball).

Errr!!! What could I do? I need help, and fast!

  2. Hi there!! go outside and get some fresh air and exercise it's good for your mental health and you will soon feel relaxed and tired. Maybe tired enough to go to sleep.  Jog up and down the street, jump rope, do push ups, crunches, supermans (lay on your stomach and only lift your head and legs, be sure to place both hands on the back of your head), lift weights.Or, Play a round in Basketball, get a couple of friends over for a game in basketball.  In other words get active.  

  3. write a book, get a part time job, exercise, ride a bike, go to the library, take up a hobby, make greeting cards and sell them, start your own business, redo and paint your room, wash your dad's car, offer to help some neighbors with any work they need done, write a song, mow the yard, plant a garden, ride your bike to the grocery store for your mom, help out around the house, clean your room, make a solar oven, create a line of natural cleansers you can sell (check it out on the internet for recipes), make some unique scented candles, build a birdhouse, build a shelf, build some small wooden toys you can sell, do some laundry - there are lots and lots of things you could do. Have fun!
