It depends on which astrologer you ask. Which star charts they use. Whether or not they believe that a simple sign can be compatible with another sign, or that a "full chart" must be done for each person. Whether or not they believe that your exact time of birth is necessary (Which cannot be guaranteed anyway, only assumed. Times of birth as recorded by the hospital have a degree of error which can result in more than 6-8 hours of difference in the actual birth time vs. the time recorded.).

A chinese astrologer may state that you are "completely incompatible," based on your birth year, while a western astrologer may state that you are going to be "an amazing success" using the same information.

Of course, should the astrologer provide one answer ("excellent match, you'll be happy forever"), and should the result turn out the opposite ("I had to get a restraining order because (s)he was stalking me at work."), the astrologer will find ever excuse in order to evade the truth - that astrology does not work.

If they turn out to be correct, however, they'll be happy to take every last bit of credit for it.

Not usually. The Scorpio will probably find the Aquarius to be too flaky while the Aquarius will probably feel suffocated from the Scorpios emotions.

Ah, I am an Aquarius & those Scorpios & I are not good with each other. From personal experience, they snap at me too much & it's bothering -.- They always seem irritable around me... I really hate feeling like I'm annoying lol.
