  1. yes sir, just think something breaks you call the mgr no more cutting the yard ,you can move around after lease is up sign 6 months at a time more freedom is what it adds up to.

  5. I think a better question is...can you afford it?

    Retired people (and I know you aren't there yet) that own their homes outright, can actually live on very, very little money.

    However, if you have apartment rent, that's going to be difficult.
