I'm going to paris, what should I visit?

Hello from Mexico. Next week I'm going to visit Europe, and I think I'll be in paris september 28 ad 29. Is there any good concert/show do you recommend I can see there?. I like weird avant garde music, not dance/pop. Some mix of rock/metal/classical/opera would be great!. If there is nothing like that in Paris on those days perhaps a gothic/metal concert will do (but please, suggest a band that use real instruments, not synthetizers).

The only artist I know from France is Yann Tiersen and I like him very much. Other "known" bands I like include different genres as Iron Maiden, Sopor aeternus, or Lacrimosa (not really the last albums).

So what do you think? Do dou have a "dark" show in mind for me?

paris is vaste, all museum are to visit, eiffel tower, arc of triumph, trocadero, notre dame de paris, place saint michel, champs élysées.....

Buy a Guide de Paris when you arrive, it's just a few Euros and worth it. You will find it at the kiosks (magazine stands). It comes out weekly or monthly and lists everything happening in Paris to suit all tastes.
