I give you some prices in euros (1 euro is about 1.5 US Dollar).

Hotel room in Paris between 70 and 100 euros per night for a correct hotel (single room). Prices are higher during spring / summer

Lunch and dinner, less than 10 euros for fast food, about 25-30  euros for a "brasserie" or correct restaurant... Be careful about wines and alcool which are very expensive in restaurants.

Pass "one day" for all buses, subway and RER = 6 euros a day

Remeber that due to the high price of euro compared to US dollar almost everything you will find here is far more expensive than in US !

every thing in paris is muchhh more expensive. you need to get euros. one euro is worth about $1.50 in american money.

80-100 euros each days. It depends what you want to do? But for 5 days i would take 500 euros.
