  1. Elite Models, Trupm Management. You don't have to have good, professional  photos to show, BUT once Ford told me that if agency want to invest in you they will take your professional pictures for you. Scam is when an agency asks for money for such photos. send them (or better show up there) photos without make up. It's the new thing right now. Natural face.
