i'm going to run for 30 minutes or more every day for 16 days (when i go to the beach). i'm also going to do 100 sit ups a day.i'm going to eat no more than 1500 calories a day, all healthy foods like fruits and veggies (i'm vegetarian, so don't tell me i need protein from meat.)will there be a noticeable difference in my weight/how i look in 16 days? i'm 5'8 and 164 pounds. :(
