i'm going to run for 30 minutes or more every day for 16 days (when i go to the beach). i'm also going to do 100 sit ups a day.

i'm going to eat no more than 1500 calories a day, all healthy foods like fruits and veggies (i'm vegetarian, so don't tell me i need protein from meat.)

will there be a noticeable difference in my weight/how i look in 16 days?

i'm 5'8 and 164 pounds. :(

  1. don't worry about the how much you will lose. just go to europe and see all the fat dudes in speedo and you will feel better about your weight. trust me I did

  2. no there will not be any noticeable weight difference in 16 days you will lose weight but it won't be noticeable for the most part. This is of course if you do it the way you planned.... the healthy and correct way to lose weight not through starving yourself.

  3. it will only make a noticeable difference if you want it bad enough. challenge yourself to go a step and a half further than you are aiming for. so run for at least 25 minutes a day and push yourself to go an extra 5,  go for 101 situps instead of 100 and you will mentally feel that you accomplished your goal and then some. don't starve yourself with your diet but take extra care of your body and don't push yourself to the breaking point, and know your limits. i wish you the best of luck! :)                  OH! don't forget to stretch. you will feel sore if you don't and risk injury

  4. Yea, you wil start feeling like it's easier to run and do the sit ups, but not significantly, it will take more time.

I eat like 3500 calories a day and i don't do anything all day, and i'm still thin lol.

  5. yes

  6. When are you going to stop running. Really there is nothing spl going to beach. You can avoid bikes and cars for shopping and you can stop taking a lift and can start walking in the steps which is equal to your sit ups.Try this and dont stop having a good food.
