  1. Official curling games last slightly less than three hours. If you are going to watch the team practices before the game, that is about 30 minutes more.

    So, you should schedule to get to the arena half an hour before official start time and stay there for three and a half to four hours.

    Some games might finish before ten ends are played. Some games might have an extra (eleventh) end.

    Each team has 73 minutes of play. There is a one-minute break between ends (might be more if there is TV). There is a longer break between fifth and sixth end. Each team also has two one-minute time-outs.
