I am going the same weekend OMG!

so far I have found

Holiday Inn- East Windsor (seems like a very nice hotel according to Trip Advisor) kinda steep though at $179/nt

Radisson- East Windsor (nice as well $161/nt)

Quality Inn $116- East Windsor

Hampton Inn $134- East Windsor

The first three have stay and play packages : )

Some even have all inclusive w/ meals included.

During my last trip I came across a website called http://www.cheaphotel-s.com . It has quite a large variety of hotels. You might wanna give it a try.
