I'm gonna paint my room, do the colors pink green yellow and blue go together okay?

one wall is green with pink polka dots two are yellow the ceiling and one wall is blue

Pink, green, and yellow look very nice together.  And pink, yellow, and blue look nice also.  I would not put the green and the blue together.  It might clash to much and make the room seem a bit cluttered.

But, instead of having each wall a different color, why don't you have one striped with three of the colors and the other walls all solid.

if you want a headache then yah choose a color that will ease your eyes dont choose colors too bright those will often hurt your eyes and give you a headache like a creamish whiteish color will go good

do NOT do all those colors on separate walls. choose one color and paint three walls that color and then use a darker form of that same color as an accent wall.

ex: light pink around the room then dark pink on one wall.

then accessorize with the other colors in a comforter, curtains or whatever.

Yes, those colors would work but I recommend your polka dots also include yellow and blue - it'll make the room more cohesive.
