Well as you can imagne it's growing over the side and has a mind of its own about which direction it's going, I put some hay under it to block the grass. Its growing into the only path to the back yard and it can be diverted some but I dont know what to do..this is my first year here at this house and my first garden, have oher pumpkins too and they are growing everywhere too out of the raised bed. I really didnt expect them to grow so well. My friend doesnt think I need a little fence around them to try and redirect them some also my yard s small and they might get stepped on. Any thought or ideas?

  1. I've seen people build a trellis & then make little hammocks for melons. I think it could work for pumpkins. (If you're feeling handy :)
