  1. You need to sit down and figure out how you can pay off one of these payday loans one at a time. Do yourself a monthly budget, get a second job if you have to. If the payday loans are not paid, they charge them off, sue you, seek judgement and if judgement is granted, attach wages and/or bank accounts. If there is no end in sight, contact a bankruptcy attorney and see about filing. How you qualified for 4 payday loans astonishes me, as it is based on your income, and how you get paid. I hate to say it, but they put the screws to you when they saw you coming! A consolidation loan isn't going to help you at this point, if the loans are not paid, and they are granted a judgement, bankruptcy is the only thing to cease this action. You really need to seek the advice of a good attorney. Good Luck!

  2. wow you're screwed. Payday loans are the worst offenders to get involved with. THey use such tight language they almost never age to a point they can't collect and tremendous amounts of interest. Should have read the fine print!

  3. Go to your bank, explain your situation and close your current bank account and open another account so the payday lenders can't draft anymore payments. You need to pay your other bills. Do a budget and see how much you can pay back and call each creditor and do a payment plan. Explain to them you have other companies you have to pay back and arrange a plan, explaining how much you are able to pay them. There are no company that can consolidate payday loans cause payday lenders are more aggressive and these companies cannot reach an agreement with them. These online companies that do consolidate payday loans are not legit, will charge youall types of fees and don't really pay the creditors. Do research about your state laws regarding to payday loans and websites that can assist you of how to get out of the payday loan trap..

  4. Wow I sympathize with with you I know the feeling. All I can say is you are so overwhelmed don't fall for a bigger scam. There are people out there that will say they can help you just to get you into more debt. Don't send your information out over sea's to some person talking about they will send you a loan. Good Luck

  5. You cant borrow yourself out of debt. It only brings you deeper in. I know you do not want to hear that, but those are the facts.
