I'm have real bad pain in female organs and lower back could this be from having 4 c-section.?

i'm in pain just left hospital all they did was blood work and said i don't have any infection.

4 c-sections means you have gone through pregnancy 4 times, right?

it can be hard on the body ...  see a GP, don't go to the hospital unless it is an emergency (extremely high fever, heavy bleeding, pain so bad you can't sleep or drive or walk), otherwise they don't take you seriously ...

it could be arthritis, it could be kidney stones, it could be pulled muscles ...  talk to a GP and don't assume the worst, be patient ...
