OH sorry I wasn't shouting nor am I upset please forgive me,i'm trying to install my internet ,but when i disconnect it from the ether cord my internet goes off

So you're saying when you unplug the cable connecting you to the Internet your Internet service stops, right?

Uh, well, the same thing will happen to the TV if you unplug if from the wall.

Leave the cable plugged it.
