I never really heard of a white marker..but you could use the white paint markers they have at craft stores. We all know that white looks cool under a black light. If not try those bright green/yellow highlighters or a yellow marker.

Well, anything white glows a lot, so get a lot of white stuff in addition to the markers.

I don't know what kind, but I'm guessing one of those "invisible" pens that come with kid activity books, or lemon juice. Or you can get opaque (not transparent with a semi-thick consistency) markers to make that glow. Get a lot of different types and TRY THEM OUT BEFORE the party for maximum success. If you can't find the markers, find other stuff that is just as awesome. Hope I helped!

White (but true white) glow in the dark and flourscent colors - goto spencers and you will find them or an art store

Make sure you get a real black light too - not a bulb - either tube style -

remember black light doesn't travel far and needs a very dark room!
