I'm already calling it "heart healthy" because it is walking up stairs. Everyone seems to want downstairs in this area and I'm all out of them.

  1. As opposed to playing up the stairs play up attributes like not upstairs neighbor means no foot steps on the ceiling and a better view of the neighbor hood..

focus on the attributes, people do not wanted be reminded they are going to have to haul all their stuff up a few flights of stairs.

  2. Hire a decorator to stage your apartment. I don't think many people care about "heart healthy" except older people who have a hard time walking upstairs anyway. I would give it a more modern name like a loft or a condo.

  3. If you have any colleges or Universities nearby go and advertise with them and tell them you are looking for renters who wish to stay in shape.

  4. OK, get rid of the "heart healthy" gig. This is America, the laziest country on the planet. Stick to playing up the location. What is near by: restaurants, shopping, entertainment... Also, its a quiet unit. No one is above it. Outside access?? People like that. Make a move in special for "this month only"  $100 MOVES YOU IN!!

    $50 OFF SECOND MONTH !!

    There ya go babe!!

Oh, ignore that "Condo" statement from way up there in the answers. The word "Condo" implies that the apartments are for sale.  Hense the term "condo conversion."

  5. This may be the time that you think about accepting section 8.   You can accept for some units and not others.
