  1. you are under the age on 21 .. you do not need alcohol just to get  the party going ,,,

  2. An alcohol party at your parents' house?  Not smart.  Even if they are ok with this, you are setting yourself-and THEM- up for major trouble and financial liability.  Do you really want them to suffer a major financial loss if one of your friends gets stupid?  Actually any alcohol "party" is stupid.  Tragedy does happen to people who don't deserve or expect it, and the effects are life-long.  Please think about this.

A barbeque is fun for every age and simple to manage.  Ice in a big tub and lots of different soft drinks, brats boiled in beer and then grilled, cold salads and chips and your grad cake, and you can relax and enjoy the day and the visitors.  Set out your pictures from babyhood on, and all your school awards and yearbooks for everyone to enjoy.  Keep it simple and fun!

  3. well don't drink too much limit ur drinks. just about two or less cups

  4. a bbq sounds like a good idea. alcohol complicates everything. the only time i would say sure is if you knew that everyone who was drinking is staying at your house so you know they are safe. other than that have a good clean fun party sober so you can remember it. congrats too by the way!

  5. I'd do a barbeque, which is good for all ages.  You could have some games.

I'd think real hard before serving alcohol to minors.  Don't forget that everybody has to get home and the parents might not appreciate it...

  6. Barbeques are cool and everyone could go. And if it's hot enough and you have a pool, make it a pool party too.

  7. skip the drinking. It will be more memorable if you can remember the evening LOL

  8. If you can get rid of the families and parents then yeah. Unless they don't care. I remember we had a couple of kegs and lots of liquor at mine. It was a good time.

  9. Don't bring drinking into it. First, you should'nt overdo yourself. It's your high school grad party, and you only get one of them. Don't you wanna remember it? Also, your parents could get in trouble for hosting a party for teens with alcohol. Bad idea. Stick to the BBQ idea. And you should have party games too - like have contests with your friends about who knows you best. That's what I did at my grad party.

  10. graduation comes in summer time.. so i think should be prettty cool if u make like a pool barbeque party.. u can include alcohol.. cuz u said adults gonna be there.. so they can control the party..

  11. You are graduating high school!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are only 18! You have to be 21 to drink! Alchohol does no good for anybody! It doesn't taste better or make anything better! It just gets people killed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... I advise you to have non alcoholic drinks like sparkling juice or punch or pinacoladas and straberry dacories without alcohol. All you do is add a cup of water. It still tastes the same.  :) Even better! You can do a barbeque and serve those drinks! Fun!

  12. In my opinion, having two seperate parties would be the best decision. You could have your family and adult friends over one night, and maybe the next weekend have just friends over. I did this when I graduated, and it worked out well.

Also, if your friends are not there, you will be able to spend time with your family more. They are coming to celebrate and congratulate you.

Now, when it comes to the friends party, you have the whole time to your friends and don't have to worry about pleasing your family at the same time.

As far as alcohol goes, it all depends on what your parents will let you do. Then again, you could always wait till they go to sleep and let the alcohol flow. hah

I hope I was somewhat helpful.

    Good luck!
