I'm having a house built & i want to know if it's ok in feng shui to use lavender colored tiles in my bathroom

To truly accept feng shui into your home you can't just "pick and choose" from the menu of feng shui beliefs.  Either you accept them all or you are just "dabbling".  The core belief is that "evil spirits" can only travel in a straight line.  So your front door must be turned or angled to that it doesn't directly face the street.   The other core belief is that "the mountain dragon must have a direct access to the water".  So if you are near any mountains, you must leave a hole in your design so the "mountain dragon" is not blocked from the water by your building.

If you completely accept the above beliefs as true, then you shouldn't use lavender if you can use green. And there need to be plants near a toilet.   If you are a bit skeptical about the evil spirits and the dragon, you can live a long and happy life with lavender tiles which actually look rather beautiful.

If you want to apply correctly Feng Shui to your house, examine it with the 8 mansions and the Flying Stars system of Feng Shui. Then you will know which element (and their characteristics) you can use and where. Plants are of the wood element. So, where wood applies, you can have plants. You can look it up here:
