  1. Same problem here.  Mine was not working last night, now it's not working this morning.  Different failure modes both times, now it says no customer id is found.  I'm going to try to close the program totally, reboot and see if that helps.

Allright it seems to be working now.  Don't even need to reboot.  Just sign out and close Yahoo Music Jukebox.  Make sure it is all the way closed in the windows task manager.  Then restart Music Jukebox and restart.  Good Luck!

  2. Dude, I've got bad eyesight.  My eyeballs can't see your computer screen.  Assuming you can download other stuff on your computer, then maybe there is a yellow information bar on the top of your webpage asking you to click it to start the download.  It's also possible that you have your Internet Explorer set to high. Click Tools, Internet Options, click the Security tab on the top line and then reset all zones to default value.  Also Dude, if you are using Firefox, then try doing it under Internet Explorer.  Use Run (not Save) during the install.  If you are only getting a partial install and it quits before downloading the full package and you are on wireless, then connect your laptap directly to the Cable modem or router.  Like I said, it could be what I mentioned and many more things, but you haven't given me enough info, like error messages, how far you got during the install and so on.  Good luck Dude.
