I'm having a problem with my period, help?

I'm 17 about 10 days late on my period. I'm a virgin, but I've been on the birth control pill Trinessa for about 3 years to regulate my period and keep down the symptoms of PMS and the like. Anyway, for over a year I've started on the 3rd Sunday of every month and I'm very worried. I don't want to have to bring the doctor into this if I don't have to. Advice? Please?

If you are a virgin there is no way you could be pregnant so I wouldn't worry about it.  If it doesn't come after a couple more weeks I would see a doctor just to make sure.
