I'm having a snack attack...?

  4. Oh you should do what I just did. I cut up a small apple and dipped all the pieces in peanut butter. I try to pretend its a candy bar.

  5. get a glass of ovaltine.

    then later if your still hungry get something small and nibble on it slowly.

    dont eat and drink at the same time, drink heavy stuff

  6. Cut up a delicious apple in slices and eat it that way.

    It always works for me. =]

    i like crunchy snacks. that's what i crave.

    so celery or carrots are great :)

    with really good dressing or dip.

  9. Make a hot beverage (2 cups).  It will fill you up.  You can also chew gum.

  10. You should go eat a bag of chips, eat some carrots, have a granola bar, eat some dry cereal, make mac 'n cheese, have peanut butter on cellery, eat some crackers, or make some popcorn. Those are some snacks I would recommend to you. I'm not sure what you're in the mood for though so you decide which one you'd like. :)  

  11. eat something healthy like a piece of fruit, or celery or carrots.   if you don't have those, what about popcorn?  

    keep some slim jims in the house to snack on.

    Ovaltine is good, but also high in calories.  

    eat a bowl of cereal.

  15. only eat when you are hungry...concentrate on the food and chew it slowly, that way your body can give you the signal that it's full and you will "hear" it or w/e. either that, or get rid of all the snacks.

  16. Actually, it is usually a good idea to give in to your cravings!  When your body craves something, that means that it needs something like calories or certain nutrients.  As long as you don't overdo it or just pig out, then figure out what you want and eat it!
