I think Barbie would be a really fun theme! I would do something like Dress-Up. It's where a person is the barbie, and your friends pick out your clothes, and make-up, and you feel like a barbie! it's really fun!

You guys could watch "Toy Story 2" (which features LOTS of Barbie dolls!) and/or play Aqua's "Barbie Girl" until everybody goes insane! Or you could just have a Barbie-themed cake, party favors, and decorations, and everybody could just bring their favorite Barbie doll(s) to play with.
