  1. It depends on the "look" you are going for, but if you just want to kind of dress it up, give it a little character, you will need to SCRUB the patio first (Lg, push broom with a good detergent will work), then rinse it WELL. When it's dry, you will need a decent exterior latex paint. You DID say this was really just for looks for one night. You could try to make it look a bit rustic by using a brown paint and buy a dust mop. then lightly dip the dust mop in the paint and "dap" it on the patio. Will give a mottled effect and with yellow and white fence, would look pretty good! It won't last real long (like months!) if you don't use a paint just for concrete, but for a one shot deal, should look pretty good. And as far as it drying over night, that will depend on the temp, humidity etc. But make sure the concrete had dried fully after washing it before painting. Have FUN!!

  2. Pressure wash it and leave the paint for the fence.

  3. No, it wont dry right and the color with be all wavy looking. If you go to lowes or  homedepot you can get concrete paint. I have a basketball court that i made in the backyard what really works really well is the garage paint you can hose it down it it gets dirty.
