  1. rescue remedy it comes in a yellow bottle & is herbal, try square breathing , here's how: breath in for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, breath out for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, repeat till your calm. this is so relaxing it puts me to sleep. practice this technique so you have the skill on hand when you need it.

I feel for you.  I experienced those.  I am speaking in the past tense here, so have heart!  I got rid of the source of the anxiety attacks--a toxic coworker--no I didn't kill her, I quit my job working with her.  The attacks disappeared.  Maybe you can figure out the real source of the attacks by keeping a journal and that will help you find the source and see if it is something you can change.  Best of luck to you, my Yahoo friend.
